We understand that the cost of freight can become quite expensive, so we endeavour to send goods to customers outside the Cairns area by the most economical, reliable and efficient means possible, according to the size of your parcel(s), and urgency of delivery.
However please advise us if you have an account with a preferred courier. Harleys Educational Supplies must be notified of misbound, faulty, incorrectly supplied or short supplied goods within 5 days of delivery. Fore More information, please see our credits and returns policy listed below.
Personal Orders and Small Businesses
Cairns CBD & Outlying Suburbs: All deliveries to personal customers and small businesses will be sent via courier 'receiver pays' unless prior arrangements have been made with Harley's Management. Please advise us if you have an account with a preferred courier.
All other Areas: All deliveries to personal customers and small businesses can be sent via Australia Post or Courier. Orders sent by courier are sent 'receiver pays' . Please advise us if you have an account with a preferred courier. For orders sent by Australia Post, postage costs will be according to the Australia Post rates for the size and weight of your parcel and this amount will be added to the price of your goods at the time of dispatch.
Please Note:
- Full payment must be received by Harley's before goods in stock are dispatched.
- Harleys Staff will Contact you to advise if your goods are not in stock, and need to be placed on special order with the supplier, and the estimated time of arrival. Harleys will confirm if you would like any goods in stock held over until all goods have arrived before arranging delivery.
- For Non Credit Card Orders, Harleys Staff will contact you to advise the amount the Australia Post charges will be so that you can include this in your cheque or money order.

Schools, Daycare Centres and Kindergartens
Cairns CBD & Outlying Suburbs :
In most instances all deliveries for schools, Day Care Centres and Kindergartens in the immediate Cairns Area will be sent free of charge.
All other Areas:
In most instances all deliveries for schools, Day Care Centres and Kindergartens outside the Cairns Area will be sent 'receiver pays' unless a contract or prior arrangements have been made with Harley's Management.

$9.95 Delivery for Booklist Packs being sent to Cairns CBD and Outskirt Suburbs.
Suburbs include: Cairns City, Cairns North, Bungalow, Parramatta Park, Manunda, Manoora, Mooroobool, Whitfield, Edge Hill, Earlville, Portsmith, Bayview, Woree, Forest Gardens, White Rock, Smithfield, Caravonica, Lake Placid, Redlynch, Kamerunga, Freshwater, Stratford, Aeroglen,Trinity Beach, Kewarra Beach, Yorkeys Knob, Machans Beach, Clifton Beach, Palm Cove, Bentley Park, Mount Sheridan, Edmonton and Gordonvale.
$14.95 Delivery for booklist packs being sent to Innisfail, Tully, Port Douglas and Mossman Regions and most areas in the Tablelands. (per booklist pack)
$20.00 Delivery for booklist packs being sent to all other Queensland Areas. (per booklist pack)
Please note:
- If you elect to use the Delivery Service, we will send you an sms and an email to let you know that when your pack is complete and ready to be delivered to you via the courier service.
- Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for and take delivery of your parcel. For security reasons, parcels cannot be left at an address where no one is present to take delivery.
- Only parcels that have been paid for in full (including correct delivery fee) will be dispatched with the courier service.
- We give picking and packing priority to customers utilising the delivery service and your goods are carefully packed to ensure they are not damaged during delivery. If you opt to collect your order from the Harleys Store after your goods have been packed for the courier, a $4.00 handling fee per booklist will be deducted from the refund of your delivery fee(s).
